A daily epicurean moment.  An outside live station with an amazing seascape, where the chef prepares koumpania – Greek donut balls with honey – based on traditional recipes -that you can borrow- using the freshest local ingredients.  Koumpania are super delicious and are considered to be the oldest recorded dessert in Greece.
